It's cooled off a bit but it's still summer, and turning down the temperature actually seems to crank up our appetite. So all things considered, we're liking the latest edition of Saveur magazine - it's about burgers. Burgers with cheese. The print issue has a full spread on how various cheeses taste and melt on a grilled patty. That particular article isn't online, unfortunately, but there are some good recipes on their site, like the one for the pimento cheese burger pictured above.
