Seriously. As of this morning, we have caramelised onion cheddar again, époisses, chaumes, chaource, real Italian Buffalo mozzarella, and That Cheese - which has never been gooier, creamier or more decadent. If you don't know That Cheese, maybe it's for the best. We have people sign a non-addiction agreement before we sell them any.
We also just received more cheese from David Woods (Blue Juliette, Saint Jo, Montana), The Farmhouse Natural Cheeses (La Pyramide, St. George, Goat Cheddar, Florettes, Twiggies) and Moonstruck Organic Cheese (Baby Blue, Ash Ripened Camembert.)
