It's so interesting to learn about everything that's involved in their process, and about how much effort they make to adhere to traditional standards. And cider apples have such great names: Tremlett's Bitter, Slack my Girdle, Fearn's Pippin, Kentish Fill-Basket, Watson's Dumpling, Round Winter Nonesuch...
